Every collection gets the same foundation: studio lighting, premium presentation, and a setup that is finished and tidy before your first guest walks in. Our Directors then host it from the moment it opens.
Then there are the years behind it. Over a hundred weddings of knowing when a room wants pushing and when it wants leaving alone. Venues liaised with weeks in advance. Equipment maintained properly rather than run into the ground. Props, prints and guest books chosen because they last, not because they were cheap to buy.
What moves the investment is scope, not effort - how much of your day we're there for, and what your guests take home. Digital sharing on every collection; prints and a linen guest book on Signature Splash; keychain-station favours, bespoke styling and content creation on The Story Suite.
The Story Suite is the one collection we limit. We take a single Story Suite per date, and a season only holds 20 to 25 prime Saturdays - so it tends to go first.

If you're not completely satisfied with our service on the night, we'll refund you in full. We've never had to - but we'd rather you booked knowing we stand behind it.
