How much does 360 photo booth hire cost for a Christmas party in Hull?
December 2026 packages start at £775 for The Social Spark. The Signature Snow is £925 and adds our on-site print station — a real 6×4" colour photo printed and handed to employees on the night — plus early setup. The Winter Wonderland is £1,500 and adds our full Christmas tree surround. All include three hours of booth time, hosting throughout, the styled prop table, your branded video overlay, delivery, setup and pack-down across Hull and East Yorkshire. There’s no VAT to add, as we’re not VAT registered.
Do guests get printed photos?
On The Signature Snow and The Winter Wonderland, yes — real ones, on photo paper. We bring a printer, pull the still straight from the 360 booth, and a physical 6×4" colour photograph is in your employee’s hand about thirty seconds later, with your own overlay printed on it. Everyone in the shot gets their own copy to take home. On a hundred-employee party it works out around a pound a head — which makes it the cheapest staff Christmas gift you'll give, and the only one still on a fridge in March. The Social Spark is digital delivery only.
How much space does the booth need?
Roughly 3m x 3m of floor space with 2.5m of headroom, on a level surface, within 15 metres of a standard 13A socket. The Winter Wonderland tree surround needs more room again, so we check your venue first. If your space is tight, send us a photo and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work — we'd rather say no than turn up and disappoint you.
Can you brand the videos with our company logo?
Yes, and it's included in every package at no extra cost. Every film carries your logo, event name and year, so when employees post to Instagram and LinkedIn your brand travels with it. We can also wrap the booth platform itself in your branding — we did exactly that for Will Powders across a three-day activation at the Trafford Centre.
Are you insured and PAT tested?
Yes — £5 million public liability and annual PAT testing on all equipment. Most venues ask for the paperwork, so we send it straight to your venue coordinator as soon as you book. One less thing on your list.
How do employees get their videos?
Instantly. Guests step off, tap their name at the sharing station, and the film lands on their phone by AirDrop, QR code, text or email within seconds. The full gallery is emailed to the organiser the next day.
Which areas do you cover?
Travel is free within 30 miles of Hull — which covers Hull, Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle, Willerby, Brough, Driffield, Hornsea, Withernsea, Goole and Scunthorpe. Beyond 30 miles it's £1.50 per additional mile, so York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Doncaster and Leeds are all comfortably doable. For brand activations we travel nationally.
What deposit do you take, and what if plans change?
A booking fee of 50% of the total investment secures your December date — £387.50, £462.50 or £750 depending on the package — with the balance due in full one month before. If your date moves we'll transfer it to any other available date within twelve months. We run two booths a night so most dates can take two bookings — but Fridays and Saturdays go first.
Can you invoice us, and do you accept purchase orders?
Yes to both. We invoice, we accept PO numbers, and we'll complete your supplier onboarding paperwork. We’re not VAT registered, so invoices carry no VAT. Payment by BACS or card, whichever suits your finance team. A booking fee of 50% of the total investment holds the date, and the balance is due in full one month before.
Do you do New Year's Eve?
Yes, and we only take a small number. If you're planning a New Year's Eve party, tell us now — December 31st is the single most requested date of the year and it goes early.
