Why We Do It This Way

360 photo booth hire got cheap quickly. Cheap setups, cluttered corners, tired props in a basket, and an operator who stands beside the machine waiting for confident guests to walk up. It works, in the sense that the booth technically runs. It just doesn't change how a room feels.

We built Party Octopus the other way round. Presentation first, hosting always, and a team whose actual job is the guests rather than the equipment. Over 100 weddings and more than 200 events in, at venues from Grantley Hall to The Beverley Barn, that has never changed.

Who We Work With

Who we work with: couples who care how their guests feel.

The couples we work best with tend to say a version of the same thing: we want everyone to have a great time, not just us. They care about the details, but they care more about the atmosphere. They'd rather their quietest guest ended up laughing than have one more perfectly styled corner.

Often they're a little reserved themselves. They know what it is to hang back at a party, and they don't want anyone at their wedding feeling that way. They're happy to invest in things that genuinely change the evening, and they'd rather trust a supplier who has an opinion than manage one who doesn't.

How We Operate

Hosted 360 photo booth hire, never dropped off.

Your venue is liaised with before the day, not on it - access, power, floor plan and timings agreed in advance. We arrive early and set up so the room is ready before the first guest walks in.

Through the evening our Directors work the room rather than the machine. We go to the tables, read the personalities, and bring across the people who said they wouldn't get on. That's the part you're actually paying for, and it's the part that can't be automated.
